The space showcases custom millwork with tambour wood panels, Italian marble waterfall countertops, and large-format ceramic floor tile. The design also incorporates an intricate lighting plan with low profile pendants and custom-fabricated linear fixtures throughout.
Technical highlights include installation of 11kW/3 Ton CRAC Unit and the implementation of a complex data/security system.
