New medical office build-out for the rapidly growing Fairfax Pediatric Associates practice in Centreville, Virginia.
This project involved the conversion of six previous suites into a single, cohesive tenant space. The new facility boasts 15 exam rooms, two expansive nurses’ stations, and an advanced laboratory. All areas are equipped with custom millwork featuring a variety of textures, colors, and MOZ panels.
Additional project highlights include the fabrication of a 20ft reception desk, decorative drywall clouds with recessed light fixtures, and brand new break room and conference room.
